CAASI Community Linx offers safe, supportive housing for justice-impacted individuals seeking a fresh start. Our housing initiative focuses on empowering residents to transition from stability to self-sufficiency within the same community.
What We Offer
Free Initial Housing
Justice-impacted individuals are provided with free housing in a fully managed
Cooperative Community.
No rent or utilities required during the initial stability phase.
24-hour On-site Security.
A Launch Toward Independence
Residents are encouraged to develop personal routines, take on responsibilities, and prepare for long-term living outside of transitional housing.
Many begin to pursue employment opportunities and successfully re-enter the
workforce as they gain confidence and stability.
The environment fosters growth, accountability, and readiness for life beyond the
justice system.
Pathway to Independent Living
Residents follow a structured progression plan, transitioning into independent-
style living units within the same complex.
These units provide increased privacy and autonomy while remaining part of the
broader residential community.
Affordable rental options are available once individuals transition to independent
units.
